My Body Vitality Method considers each part of our body as an imprtant part of the whole. As such, this workshop helps us flex our inner muscles, our outer muscles, and, of course, our communal muscles, since our feet take us so many places in the company of others.
This 55 minute workshop is offered in brief segments. i recommend that you give yourself time to do the entire workshop once all the way through. You will discover that particular segments speak to your feet, calves, knees, and hips in different ways. Then, I recommend that you focus on just the areas that feel most important to your body!
